Pemberton

Just 30 kilometres north of Whistler is the Village of Pemberton. This community has access to some of the best backcountry terrain in the region and is very popular with snowmobiling enthusiasts and outdoor adventurers. 

With a population just under 2,400, Pemberton is a fair bit smaller than Whistler but enjoys close proximity to Whistler's amenities. The village has a lively community and many favourite local shops, cafes and restaurants.

Pemberton is an agricultural community and is renown for the local potatoes. Many restaurants in Whistler and Pemberton source their food from Pemberton farms, and there are some fantastic farmer's markets to explore. 

Pemberton properties are typically valued at a discount relative to Whistler properties, making it an affordable option for those seeking proximity to Whistler but who might prefer a quieter, more rural community.
