This highly sought after and very versatile property is located on the Sea to Sky Highway immediately to the east of the Village of Mount Currie. It is bound to the South by a large drainage channel that surrounds the site and drains to the north toward the Birkenhead River. Lil’wat First Nations land surrounds the site to the north, west and south sides including the Village of Mount Currie and several other First Nations lands. The majority of the site is undeveloped and consists of mixed deciduous and coniferous forest including wetlands consisting of marshes and shallow ponds and channels. The registered well provides some of the finest water in the world—designated as Glacial Artesian drinking water. This level of water quality is a very rare find in British Columbia. The well has a potential production capacity of 500 US gallons per minute. Hydrogeological reports are available upon request.
