Cheakamus Crossing

Cheakamus Crossing is one of Whistler’s newest neighbourhoods. This is the site of the former Athletes Village and an extensive athlete training facility, built for the 2010 Winter Olympics. Condos, townhomes and chalets are all options in this neighbourhood, which benefits from close proximity to the Cheakamus River and the trails of the Interpretive Forest.

Cheakamus Crossing is located across the highway from Function Junction, where you will find cafes, shops, art galleries, yoga studios and other facilities.

Certain complexes within Cheakamus are limited to Whistler Housing Authority sales and rentals, meaning that they can only be bought or rented by full-time residents who are employed in Whistler. However, there are still units that can be bought and sold on the open market.
